As a parent, you want learning experiences that truly support your child’s growth—not just academically, but socially, emotionally, and developmentally. As a mother of six, I get that! As the Regional Liaison for Pennsylvania with the American Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (AAIDD), I am committed to supporting children in developing the skills necessary for academic success and lifelong achievement. My executive function courses focus on strengthening skills such as attention, organization, regulation of emotions, flexible thinking, and problem-solving. I use play-based and brain-informed strategies that are both engaging and highly effective. Activities are intentionally designed to meet children where they are developmentally, while gently challenging them to grow confidence, independence, and self-awareness. I bring extensive experience to my teaching, holding advanced degrees in Education, Childhood Studies, and Psychology. I have held professional roles as a Pediatric Developmental Therapist, Special Instructor, Behavior Specialist Consultant, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, with a specialization in neuroplasticity—how the brain learns, adapts, and grows. My approach is strengths-based and child-centered. I am passionate about creating supportive learning environments where children feel safe to try, make mistakes, and succeed. Through targeted executive function instruction, I help children develop practical skills that they can apply in the classroom, at home, and throughout their lives.

Hi! I’m Mrs Brown, and I am passionate about making learning engaging, hands-on, and meaningful. I have been an Intervention Specialist for 15 years! As a Certified Animal Assisted Therapy Professional, I love incorporating unique, interactive approaches to education. I have been playing the piano for 33 years and enjoy sharing the joy of music with others. In addition to teaching, I own a for-profit business, Flourish Green Care Therapy Farm, where I combine my love for animals, nature, and therapy to help others thrive. I’m also a former franchise owner of Card My Yard, where I learned the ins and outs of running a business while spreading joy in my community. I am married and have two amazing daughters, who keep us on our toes and make life an adventure. Outside of teaching, I spend my time caring for my many animals, practicing the dobro and piano, and running my own eBay and Teachers Pay Teachers business. I’ve recently become obsessed with using AI for everything—so much so that one of my classes is “Using AI with Integrity”! I also have a growing collection of Harry Potter-themed Mini Brands (because you’re never too old for a little magic). I’m excited to be part of Enrichments.org and look forward to inspiring and learning alongside my students!

Hi! My students call me “Miss Nancy” and I’m thrilled to be joining the team! When I was a very active 4-year-old girl, my parents put me in tap dance class every day (to make it easier for my teachers!) Little did I know that this would spark my love of dance, music, and choreography! I went on to teach dance at studios, choreograph musicals in high schools, and then founded the Dance with Nance Company 25 years ago, bringing after school dance musicals and enrichment programs to children and teens across the country.  We were so blessed to provide 200 enrichment activities with over 2000 students!  I love to create classes where kids can learn how to find their own creative gifts such as dancing, writing songs, playing an instrument, choregraphing a musical, sing, act, write poetry, and then turn their talents into a business down the road! Check out our new class entitled “Start Your Own Kids Program Sharing Your Passion!” We will help your child learn easy steps of starting a business early, so they can dive into what they truly love down the road! Also check out our “Tap for Fun Class” where we learn how to tap dance, either sitting or standing! The sounds and movements of tapping are awesome! We offer another fun class called “The Mellow Project” that will help your child relax through music and breath and your family can join us! Our “Rockin Stars” course teaches music and movement, learning about young composers and artists that have used their creative talents to become well-known musicians and composers of music and instruments, along with new “Puppet Theater” course where we use puppets for acting, singing and dancing, helping kids to express themselves and learn instruments. Don’t forget to check out our “Bible Stories through Song” where children learn stories from all the books of the Bible, through Song and Instruments!  Music makes the sunshine bright, and all our children are the LIGHT!
