At EnrichmentS.org (a program of the The Academy Way Network of Schools), we believe that children and young adults with Dyslexia, ADHD, Autism and other learning differences have extraordinary potential. We offer non-academic enrichment classes that inspire curiosity, creativity, and growth.

FAQs
What types of classes are appropriate?
We’re interested in non-academic enrichment: e.g., creative arts, coding, entrepreneurship, public speaking, life skills, wellness, mentorship, etc. The key is that the class adds value, is accessible for our students, and fosters confidence and growth.
How many students will be in my class?
That depends on your preference and the class design. You decide the size, duration and frequency.
What is the compensation?
In 2026, you will receive 95% of any tuition revenue you generate/receive for your classes minus nominal processing fees. Further details will be discussed during your onboarding process.
What kind of support will I receive?
We provide access to our instructor portal, student registration system, calendar/scheduling tools, tech support, and guidance on working effectively with learners who have Dyslexia, ADHD, Autism and other learning differences.
Do I have to be an American citizen to become an EnrichmentS.org instructor?
No, you do not. We accept awesome instructors from all over the world.
Do I have to conduct my classes in English?
No, you do not. You can conduct your classes in any language you feel most comfortable with and communicate/indicate in your class description.
