Biography

Hello, Future Students! I am Dr Samantha (PhD, Music and Disability; Adjunct Music Professor at NYU). I am an experienced music educator from Brooklyn, NYC. I have over 20 years of experience piano, violin, voice, guitar, recorder, music history, music theory, and aural skills in person and online to learners of all ages, from 3 to 75.

I am passionate about music of all kinds and about empowering my students to love music and to develop a lifelong relationship with music. I believe that all people can integrate music into their daily lives. I employ accessibility and universal design in my pedagogy and can meet my students where they are to craft lesson plans that are unique to their needs.

I am excited to teach at EnrichmentS.org because I believe in its mission to provide high quality enrichment classes to students of all abilities and experiences. GREATNESS is part of each and every person, but we all need regular reminders.
